My Cultured Kitchen and Recipe Corner have moved to their very own warm spot in my kitchen. My cultures and ferments have taken up a position of dominance where I can keep my eye on their wellbeing and of course growth.
Although Smart Health Bodywork is all about wellness, some of you are more interested in the exercise side, while others in the nutrition part. Hence my decision to separate the two.
