My Cultured Kitchen has a New Home

JLR - February 27, 2017 - 0 comments

My Cultured Kitchen and Recipe Corner have moved to their very own warm spot in my kitchen. My cultures and ferments have taken up a position of dominance where I can keep my eye on their wellbeing and of course growth.

Although Smart Health Bodywork is all about wellness, some of you are more interested in the exercise side, while others in the nutrition part. Hence my decision to separate the two.

So if you would like to stay in touch with all things active as well as massage, then please subscribe by email to Smart Health Bodywork.

If you would only like to follow my recipes and cultured foods which will of course include a lot of information health related, then please subscribe to follow my new site – My Cultured Kitchen. Simply click on the link and it will take you there. Enter your email address and voila.

This week I am going to chat about some different ferments such as, honey fermented garlic and how about honey fermented cranberries. Sounds yummy to me!

In recipe Corner, I am going to show you how to make the absolutely best muesli which has no added sugar and the smell when it is baking will drive you crazy. Together with some cultured yoghurt and berries, what more could your heart desire.

I am also going to touch on the role that cultured and fermented foods play in achieving optimum gut health.

Keep a look out for My Cultured Kitchen Workshops!

See you in my kitchen!
