It has been quite a year and I am looking forward to 2019 with enthusiasm and vigour.

I am busy planning my diary and would love to hear from you about what you would like to learn next year. What workshops would you like to attend? Even better would you like to host your own workshop? I am looking at doing more pop up express workshops so keep this in mind. This is a one hour and one ferment workshop. They work really well as it does not take out a huge chunk of your day and they can be done on any day and at any time. 

Sourdough bread workshops will be my main focus next year and I already have a waiting list, so let me know if you would like to put your name down. It does take the whole day, so it is useful to include another ferment to pass the time while waiting for the bread to go through its various stages. You get to take a loaf home to bake the next day as well as your own starter!

Well, there is not much more for me to do, other than to to wish you happy holidays and let 2019 be your fittest, healthiest and most productive year. I know that I am looking to live a more eco-friendly and sustainable life in the spirit of treading lightly.
